On Friday, 23 May, Anadolu Sigorta proudly received the accolade of Turkey’s Most Reputable Company in the insurance sector. This prestigious recognition was part of the Turkey Reputation Index Survey, organized for the 14th time by the Turkish Reputation Academy.
The award ceremony took place at Istanbul Kent University’s Kağıthane Campus in the Istanbul Conference Hall. The survey was conducted in collaboration with Istanbul Kent University, spanning from 10 December 2024 to 10 January 2025. It garnered responses from over 2,000 participants across 26 regions and was recognized as a ‘Turkey Sample’ by the Turkish Statistical Institute.
Survey Insights and Evaluation Criteria
The comprehensive research assessed various factors such as trust, appreciation, loyalty, satisfaction, ambassadorship, and relationships. Anadolu Sigorta emerged as the leader in the insurance sector, achieving the highest response to the open-ended question: “Which is the most reputable company in Turkey?”
In evaluating the Turkey Reputation Index (TIE) scores, Anadolu Sigorta excelled across all components. The survey also explored participants’ brand perceptions through trusted news sources, highlighting a high level of trust in Anadolu Sigorta across diverse communication channels.
News Source Evaluation and Sector Leadership
Anadolu Sigorta’s reputation was evaluated through nine different news sources, including family and social environments, print and visual media, websites, academics, and sector officials. The company consistently stood out as the most reputable brand in the insurance sector.
Outperforming its competitors in critical factors such as customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty, Anadolu Sigorta reaffirmed its leadership and reliable brand perception in the sector.
The award was accepted by Burak Deligöz, Corporate Communications and Sustainability Manager. Celebrating 100 years in the insurance sector, Anadolu Sigorta’s commitment to reliability and customer-centric service once again solidified its pioneering status in the industry.
