ISTANBUL, Türkiye — HDI Sigorta has signed a three-year main sponsorship agreement with national tennis player Zeynep Sönmez.
Under the agreement, Sönmez will carry the HDI Sigorta logo on her clothing during official competitions throughout the partnership.
Dedicated insurance package for Zeynep Sönmez
HDI Sigorta will also provide Sönmez with a dedicated insurance package designed around the needs of professional sport.
The package includes “Profesyonel Sporcu Sigortası”, which provides protection for possible permanent and temporary disability risks. Private health insurance and travel health insurance will also support Sönmez during her international tournament schedule.
The sponsorship agreement was signed at HDI Sigorta’s headquarters in Istanbul with the participation of HDI Sigorta CEO Firuzan İşcan, Zeynep Sönmez and company employees.
HDI Sigorta continues sports sponsorship activities
HDI Sigorta said it has supported 75 professional sports teams, three federations and five individual athletes under its “Her Anında Daima Yanında” brand promise.
Firuzan İşcan said the company has supported a wide range of sports and described Sönmez’s international results, discipline and determination as important elements of the new partnership.
Zeynep Sönmez said long-term support is important during a schedule that requires her to spend a significant part of the year competing in different countries.
