Solmaz Altın Joins Hupo Global Advisory Board
Solmaz Altın joins Hupo Global’s Advisory Board, bringing strategic insight and leadership to support the company’s global growth.
Hupo, an artificial intelligence-focused technology company, announced that Solmaz Altın has joined its Global Advisory Board.
Altın previously served as CEO for Turkey at Allianz, later as CEO of the Asia-Pacific Region and Group Digital Director at Allianz SE, and most recently as Managing Director of the Strategic Business Group at Prudential plc.
At Prudential, she led operations focused on growth markets, healthcare and agency channels across more than 12 markets.
According to Hupo, Solmaz Altın will provide strategic input in distribution, technology and agentic AI.
Hupo stated that Altın’s experience in large-scale regional operations and digital transformation will support the company’s distribution and technology strategies.
The company said it aims to advance artificial intelligence technologies to reduce service costs and help distribution channels reach a wider customer base.
Hupo plans to benefit from Altın’s experience in digital transformation as it continues its work in agentic AI.
Solmaz Altın said: “I have led enough digital transformations to know just how rare it is for technology to truly change not just the dashboards, but the results on the ground. Hupo is one of the few companies I’ve seen that has genuinely achieved this on the ground. I couldn’t turn down the opportunity to help shape the future of the Agentic AI side.”
Jean Neo, Co-founder of Hupo, said: “Solmaz has seen the transformation from every angle: profit and loss management, strategy and technology. This perspective is invaluable to us as we build the agentic layer that will open up distribution to previously unreached segments.”
Hupo stated that Altın will help shape the company’s future strategy in agentic AI and distribution technologies as part of her role on the Global Advisory Board.
