Mobil Plus, continuously developed by Türkiye Sigorta in line with user needs, introduces new features designed to enhance payment convenience, improve property damage tracking transparency, and simplify the damage reporting process. The upgraded application now also includes the Opportunity World module, offering users a gamified experience with reward opportunities.

Developed entirely in-house, Mobil Plus combines a modern, simple and intuitive interface with AI-supported functions, allowing users to manage insurance and personal pension transactions quickly and easily. The app stands out with sector-first digital features and an enhanced gamified experience.

Faster and More Convenient Payment Transactions

Users can now add cards through the card change menu in their Premium Refundable Accumulative Life Insurance policies, and switch their primary cards at any time, enabling faster and smoother payment operations.

Transparent Property Damage Tracking

The new Detailed Property Transaction Tracking feature allows users to monitor property damage processes in real time, upload missing documents, and view all updates from a single screen.

Industry-First Smart Voice Damage Reporting

With the new Smart Voice Damage Report function, Mobil Plus users can complete home damage reports using voice assistant guidance. This innovation makes the reporting process faster, more practical and more accessible.

Enhanced Opportunity World with Gamification

The Opportunity World module, redesigned with a new gamification approach, offers tasks, games and a points-based reward system, allowing users to earn gifts and enjoy a more engaging experience.

Statements from Türkiye Sigorta Management

Çiğdem Kılıç, Deputy General Manager of Information Technologies at Türkiye Sigorta, stated that Mobil Plus serves as a “fast and reliable life assistant,” providing instant access to all insurance-related products and services. Kılıç emphasized that the app, updated in August 2025 with AI-powered functions and user-centered design, has now been further strengthened with new digital features leading the industry.

Kılıç highlighted that Mobil Plus simplifies insurance management, increases transparency and offers a more enjoyable user experience, helping differentiate Türkiye Sigorta within the market. She added that the new version saves customers time and provides additional comfort in managing their transactions.

The latest version of the Türkiye Sigorta Mobil Plus application, currently serving 8.7 million users, is available for download on the App Store and Google Play.
