Sompo Sigorta Holds Fourth Graduation for Business Bootcamp Program

Sompo Sigorta hosted the fourth graduation ceremony of its Business Bootcamp Certificate Program, designed to strengthen the career growth of its team members. Conducted under the Sompo Academy umbrella and in partnership with Özyeğin University, the program featured 11 modules comprising a total of 136 hours of intensive learning.

Initiated by Sompo Insurance in collaboration with Özyeğin University to enhance employee career development, the Business Bootcamp Certificate Program celebrated its fourth round of graduates this year. A total of 23 staff members from diverse departments successfully completed the comprehensive process and earned their certificates. During the graduation ceremony, participants received their diplomas from Sompo Sigorta General Manager Fahri Uğur and Özyeğin University Director of Corporate and Global Partnerships Ayşe Nida Bektaş, marking an important step in their professional journeys.

The Business Bootcamp Certificate Program blends theoretical foundations based on key MBA subjects with experiential content supported by real business case studies. Focused on fostering both personal and professional advancement of Sompo Insurance employees, the course encompasses 11 central topics—such as Marketing and Brand Management, Financial Management, Strategy, and Corporate Culture—within a 136-hour structured curriculum. In addition, participants engage in a three-month project segment where they apply their knowledge and skills to produce measurable results.
