He will join the boards of both Brit Group Holdings Limited and its Lloyd’s managing agent, Brit Syndicates Limited. This appointment is set to take effect from May 1st, 2025, pending regulatory approvals.Henchoz brings with him a wealth of experience, having spent over 27 years in the global reinsurance industry. Notably, he most recently served as the Chairman and CEO of Hannover Re since 2019. Before his tenure at Hannover Re, Henchoz dedicated over two decades to Swiss Re, where he held various leadership roles, ultimately becoming the CEO of Reinsurance and the Regional President for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.Gordon Campbell and Simon Lee, Chairs of Brit Group Holdings Limited and Brit Syndicates Limited respectively, expressed their enthusiasm, stating, “We are thrilled to have Jean-Jacques join our team.
