Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has revealed that while discussions are in the preliminary phases, some American companies have expressed interest in partnering on rare earth metals projects within Russia. Despite the mutual interest, no formal agreements have been established, primarily due to the existing sanctions that limit U.S. companies’ operations in Russia.
