Since 2021, Allianz Turkey has been extending cash support to HAYTAP (Animal Rights Federation) and is now broadening the scope of this partnership. With the aim of reaching more animals, Allianz Turkey is addressing the needs of dogs residing in HAYTAP animal care homes. This initiative is linked to Allianz customers who participate in the Happy Paws survey on the My Allianz mobile app.
On behalf of these customers, Allianz covers essential needs such as sterilisation, kennels, annual food support, rabies vaccinations, mixed vaccines, bronchitis vaccinations, annual parasite treatments, and snap tests for a year.
Expansion Plans for 2025
Looking forward to 2025, Allianz Turkey plans to further engage its employees in animal welfare, raising awareness on the issue. This initiative presents Allianz’s insured clients with the opportunity to contribute to this compassionate cause. Allianz will fully support 50 dogs at HAYTAP by covering their shelter and vaccination needs for a year, on behalf of customers who complete the questionnaire on the Allianz’ım mobile app.
Commitment Beyond Donations
Allianz Turkey’s dedication to animal welfare extends beyond financial contributions. The company encourages its employees to actively participate in social responsibility projects and is involved in volunteer activities within its organisation. Besides caring for animals at Allianz Tower in Istanbul and Allianz Campus in Izmir, Allianz Turkey collaborates with various NGOs and foundations, amplifying its impact by involving customers in this new initiative with HAYTAP.
This is a great initiative by Allianz Turkey! It's so important to support animal welfare, especially in a time where so many animals are in need. But I wonder, how can customers who may not use the My Allianz app help out? Are there other ways to get involved in this cause?
