HDI Campus starts a new chapter with innovation, growth, and a vision to empower future learning and collaboration.
HDI Insurance, known for its customer-oriented approach, is introducing a new phase of HDI Campus, created to train second-generation agency representatives and equip the industry with highly qualified professionals.
This initiative, designed as a tangible reflection of HDI Insurance’s strategy to view its agency network as a strategic business partner, will once again offer participants comprehensive programs this year. The training will cover a wide array of subjects including sales, financial literacy, risk management, and leadership development. Through this structure, which first launched last year, agents and young professionals from across Turkey will have the chance to enhance both their technical and managerial capabilities.
Halil Bay, Deputy General Manager of Sales at HDI Insurance, emphasized that HDI Campus, which quickly gained recognition within the agency ecosystem, continues its journey with increased interest and substantial participation. Highlighting the program’s growing impact, Halil Bay stated, “When we founded HDI Campus, our primary goal was to prepare our agents not only for the present but also for the future landscape of insurance. In this second term, we are observing strong demand from all regions of Turkey, a sign that this program addresses an essential need.”
He further noted that the platform was established to enhance the competence of the agency channel and cultivate a sustainable development ecosystem that adds long-term value to the sector. “We are investing in the future of the insurance industry. Strengthening the skills of our agents represents a strategic move to safeguard the sector’s future. Through HDI Campus, we will persist in promoting knowledge exchange, experience sharing, and collective wisdom,” he added.
HDI Campus stands out as a professional development platform built to reinforce business practices, broaden perspectives, and support lasting achievements among agencies. Having graduated its first group last year, the program has already shown measurable benefits in practical field applications. This year, the content has been further refined based on the positive responses from previous participants, and the new term will begin with an opening event on February 6.
Within the scope of HDI Campus, distinguished figures from academia and the insurance sector will guide and mentor the participants. Experts such as Beşir Kemal Ustaoğlu, Prof. Dr. Ali Hepşen, Levent Erden, Yücel Batu Salman, and Rüzgar Mira Okan will share their valuable experience. The four-month program will conclude in June, graduating its second class of professionals ready to contribute to the future of the industry.
