Join HDI Campus as it honors its first graduates in a landmark ceremony celebrating achievement and innovation in education.
HDI Campus, an initiative by HDI Sigorta aimed at nurturing young talents and enriching the insurance sector with skilled professionals, proudly celebrated its first cohort of graduates. The four-month intensive training, designed for up-and-coming agency candidates and company sales directors, concluded with a series of final sessions followed by a graduation ceremony on June 20-21.
Since its inception in 2021, HDI Campus has evolved into a robust training platform under the auspices of HDI Sigorta, a frontrunner in the insurance industry. Beyond delivering technical skills, the program also focused on enhancing participants’ personal and professional development across various domains including leadership, strategic thinking, marketing, financial literacy, and crisis management.
The program featured engaging sessions on ‘Marketing Strategies’ and ‘The Future of Marketing’ on Friday, June 20, led by industry experts. On Saturday, June 21, participants delved into an interactive ‘Artificial Intelligence Training’, employing computer-based applications to enhance their learning experience.
Participants were awarded their graduation certificates during a ceremonial and cocktail event, graced by the HDI Sigorta Senior Management Team.
Guidance from Veteran Trainers
Throughout the HDI Campus program, participants benefitted from the mentorship of seasoned industry professionals and academics, who imparted valuable insights and broadened the young insurers’ perspectives. The technical modules were delivered by experienced managers from HDI Sigorta.
Speaking at the program’s conclusion, Firuzan İşcan, the General Manager of HDI Sigorta, remarked, “At HDI Sigorta, we focus not only on the current insurance landscape but also on the future, investing in young professionals who will drive sector growth.
