AXA XL, a prominent player in the property and casualty (P&C) insurance market and a division of the global insurance giant AXA, has announced significant promotions within its Americas Cyber Insurance team. These strategic moves are aimed at enhancing its capabilities in managing complex cyber risks.
Greg Chambers, who brings over two decades of industry experience, has been appointed as the Head of Complex Accounts. His role will involve overseeing a portfolio of intricate cyber risks, providing solutions for clients facing substantial cybersecurity threats. These include risks associated with large-scale operations, regulatory compliance, and sophisticated cyber threats.
Chambers will serve as the primary referral point for underwriting complex accounts, ensuring that AXA XL’s offerings are tailored to meet the specific needs of clients operating in challenging digital environments.
Meanwhile, Caitlin Alpern, who has demonstrated exceptional leadership since joining AXA XL in 2021, has been promoted to Team Lead in the Large & Complex segment of the Cyber & Technology business in the US. Her responsibilities include managing high-profile accounts across the eastern US and contributing to broader portfolio management strategies.
Alpern will also play a pivotal role in representing AXA XL at key industry events and nurturing relationships with major brokers and partners, further solidifying the company’s market position.
