Discussing their “Grow with Us” internship initiative aimed at attracting young talents, Özgür explained that the program provides students with real-world work experiences through campus visits, course participation, and summits. During the “Meet the CEO Day” event, interns had the opportunity to engage with MAPFRE Sigorta’s General Manager Erdinç Yurtseven, discussing career planning and exchanging ideas.

Özgür reiterated the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusivity principles in hiring processes. The integrated use of SAP and SuccessFactors systems enables efficient management of all processes, from recruitment to performance assessments.
