Esra Erdoğan Şahin brings with her an extensive background of nearly three decades in the insurance industry. She began her professional journey in 1997 at Batı Sigorta and has since taken on various responsibilities at well–established institutions such as Garanti Sigorta, Aksigorta, Liberty, and Sompo. Most recently, she served as Deputy General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Sompo Sigorta, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and customer engagement strategies.
Esra Erdoğan Şahin completed her undergraduate studies at Istanbul University in the Insurance Department and pursued a degree in Business Administration at Anadolu University. She further continued her education with a master’s program at the MBA Department of Istanbul Bilgi University. Her robust academic background has been instrumental in shaping her analytical and strategic approach to the insurance business.
