Most recently, she served as Deputy General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Sompo Sigorta, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and customer engagement strategies.

Esra Erdoğan Şahin completed her undergraduate studies at Istanbul University in the Insurance Department and pursued a degree in Business Administration at Anadolu University. She further continued her education with a master’s program at the MBA Department of Istanbul Bilgi University.
