Anadolu Insurance appoints Nurdan Türkdemir as Deputy General Manager, marking a significant leadership update in their organization.
Nurdan Türkdemir has been appointed as the new Deputy General Manager of Anadolu Insurance, effective October 1, 2025. Türkdemir, a seasoned professional with over two decades of industry experience, transitions into her new role following a distinguished career at the company where she initially joined as an Assistant Inspector.
Her academic journey began with a degree in Mathematics from Boğaziçi University, followed by a Finance master’s from Binghamton University in the United States. Over the years, Türkdemir has contributed significantly to the company, taking on leadership roles in Risk Management and Internal Control from 2011 to 2018, and most recently, presiding over the Auto Insurance Department from 2019 to 2023.
Since 2023, Türkdemir has led as the Audit Committee Chair, leveraging her deep understanding of the sector to drive strategic initiatives. Her commendable achievements include completing the Executive Development Program at Koç University in 2018. As a certified actuary, she brings a unique blend of expertise and strategic acumen to her new position.
Her appointment is seen as a positive step towards reinforcing Anadolu Insurance’s commitment to strong leadership and innovative growth in the insurance sector.
