Türkiye Sigorta’s Çiğdem Kılıç Honored Among Top 50 Technology Leaders
In a distinguished survey recognizing the “50 Most Effective Technology Leaders,” Çiğdem Kılıç, Assistant General Manager of Information Technology at Türkiye Sigorta, was celebrated as a key figure in advancing Turkey’s digital transformation.
The survey meticulously evaluated the technological prowess of over 1000 organizations, selected based on metrics such as turnover, asset size, workforce, and advancements in technology and artificial intelligence. Leaders pioneering change across more than 15 sectors were identified, with Kılıç’s contributions earning her a spot on the list, which notably featured a 14% female representation.
