HDI Insurance’s senior executives gathered with their business partners in the Aegean Region for a two-day event in Izmir, focusing on growth strategies, improved collaboration, and enhanced customer satisfaction. The conference, held on December 7–8, was attended by General Manager Firuzan İşcan, Deputy General Manager Halil Bay, and Sales Coordination Group Manager Fatih Bayraktar. During the sessions, participants discussed the region’s development goals, collaboration models, and operational improvements to better serve customers. The Izmir event underlined HDI Insurance’s strategic emphasis on strong regional networks and its long-term vision for agent partnerships.

On the first day, agents analyzed industry developments and identified regional priorities before attending the Göztepe Sports Club match, proudly sponsored by HDI Insurance. The following day, executives toured various agency offices, meeting partners to observe operations firsthand. The visit included the opening of a new agency office in the region, marking another milestone in HDI Insurance’s mission to strengthen local networks and support business expansion.
