David Jenkins ascends to Senior VP at Chubb Bermuda, marking a significant milestone in his career with the insurance giant.
Chubb Bermuda, a prominent entity within the global insurance industry, has announced the promotion of David Jenkins to the position of Senior Vice President (SVP), Head of Bermuda Property, effective immediately.
In this elevated role, Jenkins will be at the helm of all Bermuda-based property underwriters, tasked with steering the growth and profitability of Chubb Bermuda’s excess property sector. His responsibilities include overseeing strategic initiatives to bolster the company’s market position.
Jenkins will continue to report directly to Robert Rebellato, SVP, Head of Excess Property at Chubb Bermuda. With a wealth of experience spanning over 30 years across the US, UK, and Bermuda insurance landscapes, Jenkins has been a vital part of Chubb since 2002.
Prior to this promotion, Jenkins held the position of SVP, Property Underwriting, where he was instrumental in managing both general property business and specialty lines.
Rebellato expressed his confidence in Jenkins, stating, “David’s profound expertise and leadership have been crucial in fortifying our excess property business.
