AXA Turkey: A Year of Financial Triumph and Strategic Advancements

AXA Turkey continues to forge ahead with its innovative approaches and robust financial strategies as it shares its 2024 financial outcomes and future-oriented innovations during the ‘2025 Agency Meetings’. The company, firmly committed to its strategic focus on insurance, distinguishes itself with financial agility and a resilient balance sheet, demonstrating unwavering dedication to sustainable success.

Concluding 2024 with remarkable results, AXA Group showcased a stellar performance in its Turkish operations. With premium production soaring to TL 61.1 billion by year-end, AXA Turkey achieved an impressive 69.2% growth in non-life branches, culminating in a net profit of TL 4.6 billion and securing an 8.3% market share.

With a paid-in capital of TL 5.7 billion, the Company reaffirmed its position as a formidable player in the industry. Through maintaining a capital adequacy ratio of 150.5%, AXA Turkey sustained its trajectory of sustainable and profitable growth, augmenting its active customer base to 3.7 million and increasing the number of policies in force to 5.4 million. The company’s production efforts concentrated on fire insurance and a diversifying customer portfolio.

In 2024, AXA Turkey also saw success in Life and Pension sectors, achieving a fund size of TL 12.2 billion. The number of active contracts in the Private Pension System (PPS) rose to 75 thousand, while the Automatic Enrolment System (OKS) saw an increase to 171 thousand active certificates, and life and personal accident insurance policies reached 208 thousand.
