AXA Sigorta takes another major step toward promoting equality and accessibility in sports by becoming a values partner of the Mersin 2025 World Beach Games for Persons with Physical Disabilities. This meaningful collaboration is being led by the Turkish National Paralympic Committee in partnership with the World Federation of Persons with Physical Disabilities.
The international event will unfold in Mersin between October 18 and 25, bringing together a colorful mosaic of 350 athletes from 26 countries across five continents. More than 600 participants are expected to unite under the same spirit of solidarity, proving that sports transcend physical barriers and limitations.
By including a diverse lineup of disciplines such as para beach volleyball, air badminton, foot volleyball, para sailing, para weightlifting, and modern pentathlon, the Games highlight how determination and diversity can redefine the boundaries of athletic achievement. The event aims to raise global awareness about inclusion while showcasing the strength and resilience of differently-abled athletes.
