President Trump Acknowledges Musk’s Contributions to Government Efficiency

During a recent cabinet meeting at the White House, US President Donald Trump spoke highly of Elon Musk, who has been leading the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). “You can stay here as long as you want,” Trump remarked, addressing Musk directly. Musk is anticipated to soon transition away from his government responsibilities to concentrate on his roles in companies like Tesla and SpaceX.

“HE REALLY SACRIFICED A LOT”

Trump emphasized Musk’s significant contributions to reducing the federal government size and eliminating waste. “Elon Musk has been treated very unfairly. He really sacrificed a lot,” Trump stated, highlighting the challenges and dedication Musk has shown throughout his tenure.

Musk, on his part, reported that under his leadership at DOGE, the government has successfully saved approximately $160 billion, with expectations for this amount to grow even further.

According to reports from American media outlets, Musk is expected to resign from his governmental position shortly. This move will allow him to focus more on his major ventures, including Tesla and SpaceX.
