It’s identified in the PCI ID database with IDs ‘2d98’ or ‘2dd8’, signaling that the GPUs will be categorized into OEM or Max-Q class mobile versions.

According to prior reports, the RTX 5050 is expected to include 2,560 CUDA cores. This is in contrast to the RTX 5060, which will boast 3,840 cores. The RTX 5050 is designed with a 130W TDP, a 128-bit bus, and 8GB of GDDR6 memory.

Currently, there are numerous unknowns regarding the RTX 5050’s full capabilities. Nevertheless, it occupies a unique market position with no direct competition. AMD has not yet revealed any RDNA 4-based mobile graphics cards, and Intel does not plan to introduce a similarly low-power mobile GPU.
