NART Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage, a leading entity in Turkey’s insurance and reinsurance brokerage industry, has officially launched a new company, NART Re. This new venture is focused on reinsurance brokerage, marking a significant strategic restructuring within the company.
The appointment of Murat Şişli as the General Manager of NART Re reflects the company’s commitment to excellence and growth. Murat Şişli brings with him a wealth of experience, having held various key positions in prominent organizations such as Garanti Sigorta, AIG, Aviva, Generali, Sigortayeri, Bereket Sigorta, and Willis Towers Watson. His most recent role was as the General Manager and Board Member at Corpus Sigorta A.Ş., where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction.
Murat Şişli is an alumnus of Saint Michel French High School and holds a degree in Economics from Marmara University. He furthered his education with a Master’s Degree in Finance from Yeditepe University. Proficient in both English and French, he is also equipped with numerous international certifications and training.
This strategic enhancement allows NART Re to continue offering high-capacity, specialized reinsurance products to insurance companies, banks, brokerage firms, and global industrial organizations. With its Istanbul-based operations, membership in Lloyd’s, and Brokerslink partnership in Switzerland, NART Re is poised to maintain its leadership in the sector. The company operates across six branches in Turkey, supported by 120 expert consultants.
