Magdeburger Sigorta continued its long-standing tradition of rewarding success with an overseas experience, bringing together its top-performing agents once again. Under the special “Legal Protection Coverage” campaign, the overwhelming interest led the company to divide its participants into two groups. Following the first trip to Dubai with agents from the Eastern Regions in April, the journey resumed between October 8–11 for agents representing the Western Regions.
Guided by Ceyhan Hancıoğlu, the company’s General Manager, the trip brought together many key executives including Selcen Seçginli, Deputy General Manager responsible for Claims, Legal Affairs, and Recourse; Başak Yavaş, Financial Affairs Coordinator; Gülhiz Ayaz Veli, Information Technology Coordinator; Uğur Atilla, Western Regions Sales Coordinator; Ezgi Aynagöz, Corporate Sales and Alternative Distribution Channels Coordinator; and Murat Vergili, Istanbul Regions Director. Their participation strengthened the sense of unity that defines every Magdeburger Sigorta initiative.
Reflecting on the event, General Manager Ceyhan Hancıoğlu shared heartfelt thoughts about the company’s shared journey: “Our second Dubai trip highlighted the remarkable togetherness of the Magdeburger family. Agents were treated to a captivating adventure in one of the world’s most iconic cities. The itinerary featured a visit to the Palm Islands, a modern marvel that showcases Dubai’s architectural vision, and the glittering Burj Khalifa, the tallest building on the planet. Shopping at the prestigious Dubai Mall and the Mall of the Emirates—famous for its luxury brands and indoor ski slope—added a dazzling dimension to the experience.
Participants were also deeply inspired by the Museum of the Future, where technology and imagination converge in futuristic harmony. A highlight of the tour was the “La Perle by Dragone” show—an artistic spectacle blending water, light, and acrobatics, leaving attendees mesmerized. The trip culminated in an exhilarating desert safari and a serene evening within traditional Bedouin tents, where guests embraced the warmth of Arabian culture under the starlit sky.
The Dubai experience once again demonstrated that Magdeburger Sigorta’s real strength lies in its people—their passion, dedication, and shared belief in a vision that transcends borders.
