Hepiyi Sigorta Strengthens Ties with Agents in Istanbul Event

At the second Hepiyi Meetings event in Istanbul, approximately 1,000 agents gathered to explore the successful trajectory and future ambitions of Hepiyi Sigorta. This gathering, hosted at the Hilton Bosphorus Hotel, included attendees from various regions including Istanbul, Sakarya, and Kocaeli among others.

General Manager Şenol Ortaç captivated the audience with insights into Hepiyi Sigorta’s notable achievements. The company, operating with an expansive network of 8,758 agents across Turkey, stands as a testament to its robust market position substantiated by metrics like production volume, capital structure, and streamlined claims processes.

Impressive Market Achievements

As of August, TSB’s data showcases Hepiyi Sigorta securing the sixth position in car insurance markets with a commendable 6% market share, and climbing to fourth in traffic insurance with a 5.9% market share. Notably, the utilization of technology and artificial intelligence enables the company to autonomously resolve 40% of auto damage claims, a compelling feature in their bid to become the nation’s quickest insurer in terms of claims payment.

Strategic Growth and Profitability

The company’s impressive financial health is marked by a turnover of 13 billion TL for the first half of the year, coupled with a 46% growth in managed assets. It distinguishes itself as the top-performing insurance firm with the largest increase in equity and profitability, alongside maintaining an efficient general expense ratio of 2.7%.

Ortaç underlined the ongoing commitment to technological advancements and the empowerment of their teams, stating, “Our strategic intent is to empower your earnings; the bigger your success, the happier we are.” The event also discussed diverse offerings, comprising distinctive campaigns and international travel opportunities designed to boost sales.

Data-Driven Growth Initiatives

Operating successfully across all Turkish provinces with a far-reaching agent base, Hepiyi Sigorta commands strong clout in both the insurance and traffic sectors. The deployment of advanced technology further enhances efficiency and customer service quality, making significant inroads in automated claim processing.

Envisioning Future with Technology

With bold aspirations, Ortaç envisions redefining the company as a “technology company with an insurance license”, preparing to export this visionary model to European markets shortly.

The event, characterized by a dynamic question-and-answer session, culminated in an outdoor cocktail reception accompanied by live music, where company leadership expressed gratitude for the agents’ active participation. The series of Hepiyi Meetings is set to continue enriching discussions and relationships throughout the country.
