AXA Turkey recently hosted its most successful agents in the Individual Pension System (BES) and Life Insurance sectors during the special “BES Stars” gathering in Northern Cyprus. The event celebrated outstanding performances, provided a platform to review market progress, and highlighted strategic insights regarding the company’s 2026 objectives.
As a leading force with over 130 years of experience in the insurance landscape, AXA Turkey continues to empower its professional agents through initiatives that encourage sustainability, growth, and sectoral contribution. Participants enjoyed networking moments and motivational sessions designed to strengthen collaboration within the AXA community.
During the gala dinner, Selçuk Adıgüzel, Head of Life and Retirement at AXA Turkey and Member of the Executive Board, emphasized the company’s transformative journey in life and pension services. He described the BES Stars program as more than a recognition event—it’s a symbol of shared achievement and commitment to excellence.
Adıgüzel noted that the initiative grew significantly, expanding from 89 agents in 2024 to 137 in 2025. This achievement represents not only a numerical increase but also the strength and perseverance of the agency network. As of September 2025, AXA Turkey’s fund size has grown by 3.5 times, while the number of active contracts has risen by 2.5 times, resulting in a 35% total growth in active contracts compared to the previous year.
AXA Turkey’s performance in the Life Insurance segment showed an impressive 90% increase in premium production over the previous year. Adıgüzel explained that this success stemmed from the company’s ongoing strategy to offer integrated life and non-life products, addressing customers’ protection and savings needs throughout all life stages.
The executive also pointed to the company’s forward-looking strategy, emphasizing digital transformation, artificial intelligence applications, and the sustainability of fund returns as key areas of focus. Enhancing customer satisfaction and reinforcing synergy between life and pension products remain essential components of AXA Turkey’s approach as it contributes to the AXA Group’s 2030 strategic roadmap.
The BES Stars event concluded with awards recognizing top-performing agents and a series of enjoyable activities that strengthened team spirit, celebrating not only success but also AXA’s enduring commitment to growth and innovation.
