Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik reviews 2025 performance and defines strategic goals for 2026 at Agents and Direct Sales Summits.
Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik organized its annual Agents and Direct Sales Summits in Istanbul on January 15 and 17. The meetings reviewed the accomplishments of 2025 and addressed the strategic plans and objectives for 2026. The company also recognized its high-performing agents and direct sales teams during the events.
As a prominent firm in the field of individual pension and life insurance, Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik shared its upcoming strategies and future ambitions at the summits. In his opening remarks, Serkan Uğraş Kaygalak, General Manager of Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik, highlighted the company’s 2025 performance, its position within the industry, and its 2026 goals.
General Manager Serkan Uğraş Kaygalak stated: “As Turkey’s first life insurance company, we have a well-established legacy and currently provide life insurance, individual pension, and automatic enrollment services to nearly five million clients. In line with our sustainable growth perspective, we continue to consistently increase both our fund size and the number of participants in the private pension system, while also maintaining strong premium production in the life insurance segment. Based on data from the Pension Supervision Center as of December 31, 2025, Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik’s total fund size under voluntary BES and automatic enrollment grew by 73.3% compared to the beginning of 2025, reaching TL 374 billion. Our participant base expanded by 8.6%, surpassing 3.3 million. In 2026, we aim to strengthen our leadership position in the sector by securing the future of our customers through new products and services, introducing more people to our life insurance offerings, and further promoting financial inclusion through individual pension. I sincerely thank all our agents and direct sales teams who contributed to these achievements.”
During the summits, in addition to General Manager Serkan Uğraş Kaygalak, the attendees included Burak Sezercan, General Manager of Investment Portfolio Management; Ahmet Altınsoy, Deputy General Manager responsible for sales channels; Birkan Cemil Cano, Agency Manager; and Esin Oçan, Individual Sales Manager. These executives shared their evaluations and outlooks for 2026.
At the end of the summits, top-performing agents and members of the direct sales team were awarded in various categories. Additionally, service plaques were presented to those who have been part of Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik for many years, honoring their lasting contributions.
