Sources from social media indicate that this model will be a cornerstone of Vivo’s next-generation flagship lineup. Expected to debut in October in China, the handset promises noteworthy performance and design upgrades compared to its predecessor.
Leaked reports point to a sleek design featuring a 6.78-inch flat OLED display with a crisp 1.5K resolution. On the rear side, Vivo appears to be continuing its trend of a circular camera arrangement, dominated by a powerful 200MP main sensor. Complementing the setup will be a periscope telephoto lens, adding versatility for both zoom and portrait photography.
Under the hood, the Vivo X300s is expected to run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 Plus processor — an enhanced and overclocked version of the Dimensity 9500. This chip aims to deliver elevated gaming performance along with improved AI task handling, making it especially suitable for multitasking and heavy applications.
