VHV Insurance brought together all its employees on Friday, December 5, 2025, for its Annual Strategy Meeting. During the event, the company not only reflected on its performance over the past year but also mapped out a new course for 2026 that aligns with the shifting economic, social, and technological environment.
In his address, VHV Insurance CEO Fatih Ağacık emphasized that the uncertainties of 2025 have underscored the necessity of streamlining priorities and maintaining organizational resilience. He remarked, “This year taught us that genuine speed begins with a clear mind. As external noise grows louder, clarity, focus, and a unified team rhythm become paramount.” He further highlighted that the company’s 2026 strategy is built on measured momentum, mental clarity, and disciplined collaboration rather than grand ambitions.
Hasan Okan Utkueri, Member of the Board of Directors, delivered the keynote presentation, offering global perspectives on how rapid transformation—whether social, economic, or technological—reshapes individuals and enterprises alike. He argued that a company’s ability to adapt defines its sustainable competitive edge in today’s business environment.
Meanwhile, Board Member Mahir Çipil gave a thought-provoking presentation titled “Resilience and Adaptability.” Using real-world experiences, he demonstrated how both personal and organizational resilience play a critical role in navigating constant change and business challenges.
The day concluded with a celebratory dinner uniting all participants, reinforcing the company’s collective vision.
