Türkiye Sigorta’s Paid-Up Capital Rises to 20 Billion TL

The Capital Markets Board (SPK) has approved a 100% increase in Türkiye Sigorta’s paid-up capital, raising it from 10 billion TL to 20 billion TL.

According to a statement from the company, following the capital increase, Türkiye Sigorta’s paid-up capital has risen from 1.2 billion TL in June 2023 to 20 billion TL. Consequently, the company’s paid-up capital has increased by approximately 17 times in Turkish lira terms.

The statement noted that, in US dollar terms, the company’s paid-up capital has risen from 44.9 million dollars to 434.3 million dollars, representing an increase of approximately 10 times.
