  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 ripe tomato, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 cup hot water

Instructions for Preparing Turkey Sauté

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced turkey and cook until it releases its juices and turns golden brown, approximately 8-10 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Introduce the diced red and green bell peppers to the mixture, stirring until they soften.
