- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions for Preparing Turkey Sauté
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced turkey and cook until it releases its juices and turns golden brown, approximately 8-10 minutes.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.
- Introduce the diced red and green bell peppers to the mixture, stirring until they soften.
- Mix in the tomato paste and spices, including salt, black pepper, cumin, and chili flakes. Stir well until the aroma of the spices is released.
- Add the chopped tomato and hot water. Cover the skillet and allow it to simmer gently over low heat for 10-12 minutes, or until the turkey is tender.
- Once the turkey is fully cooked and flavors melded, remove the skillet from heat and serve the dish hot. Enjoy your delicious Turkey Sauté!
