TSEV outlines its 2026 goals, engaging HR and training representatives to strengthen workforce development and strategic growth.
Director Sibel Sağlam of the Turkish Insurance Institute Foundation (TSEV) met with representatives from the HR and Training departments to present TSEV’s areas of activity, sector-based training programmes, and its 2026 targets.
The meeting, organised by TSEV, took place on Wednesday, 18 February at Palladium Tower. HR and Training officials from insurance and reinsurance companies affiliated with the Turkish Insurance Association attended the session.
During the event, Sibel Sağlam emphasised the importance of continuous cooperation within the sector and shared information about TSEV’s ongoing education initiatives aimed at supporting professional development.
It was stated that TSEV will prioritise its 2026 objectives based on feedback and suggestions received from participants. Regular information and experience-sharing sessions will be organised throughout the year to closely follow the evolving needs of the insurance sector.
