Upon arrival, patrons will be handed a Galaxy S25 device to capture images of their preferred ingredients directly at their table. Diners can select a protein, a carbohydrate, three vegetables, and a sauce, forming the foundation of their bespoke meal.Leveraging these photos, Galaxy AI will ingeniously generate a one-of-a-kind recipe tailored to the selected components. This recipe will then be relayed to the kitchen, where Chef João Dourado will bring the culinary creation to life. According to a promotional video released by Samsung Portugal, Galaxy AI is designed to consistently present diverse and innovative meal suggestions.The video description elaborates that the AI will choose from a pool of 25 ingredients, creating thousands of potential combinations. While access to this Sem Igual experience is complimentary, Samsung’s AI-driven restaurant will operate for a limited time, opening on May 8th and 9th in Lisbon. Following this, the company plans to extend the experience to Porto, with another Sem Igual pop-up restaurant scheduled for May 16th and 17th.
