As part of the “Spread the Goodness Challenge”, which QNB Sigorta runs with the voluntary participation of its employees, the company carried out a support initiative for children aged 3–6 living at the Göztepe Semiha Şakir Sevgi Evi.
Q As part of the project run in coordination with the Social Responsibility Club, the contributions made by staff helped to meet the needs that would improve children’s daily lives. This year, as department heads took up the baton for the ‘Spread the Goodness Challenge’, the initiative highlighted the spirit of teamwork and volunteering.
Nadire Yücetürk, Deputy General Manager for People and Culture at QNB Sigorta, noted that the project is an important part of the company’s culture, stating that making a positive contribution to children’s lives and ensuring they feel supported is of great value to them.
With this project, which encourages employee volunteering, QNB Sigorta aims both to deliver social benefits and to strengthen the culture of solidarity within the organisation.
