The Dubai World Insurance Congress (DWIC) 2025, recognized as a pivotal event for the global insurance sector, is taking place from April 28 to 30, 2025. The Insurance Association of Turkey (TSB) is actively participating in this esteemed gathering, spearheaded by President Uğur Gülen, alongside Board Member Neslihan Neciboğlu and Secretary General Özgür Obalı.
In a series of strategic discussions, the TSB team engaged with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) to explore potential collaborative opportunities within the insurance profession. An important bilateral meeting was also held with Oybek Nosirovich Khalilov, President of the Association of Professional Participants in the Insurance Market of Uzbekistan. This meeting focused on advancing insurance ties between the two nations and deliberating on the future of the Turkic World Insurance Union, which is on the brink of its inaugural meeting.
During these interactions, the TSB provided valuable insights into the Turkish insurance market. Additionally, they conducted discussions with Brokers and Managing General Agents (MGAs) interested in offering new capacities to the market, extending formal invitations to those keen on exploring these new opportunities.
