Hub International Limited has strategically expanded its portfolio by acquiring the assets of Dansig Inc., operating under the name Dansig Insurance Risk Advisors. The financial specifics of this transaction remain undisclosed.
Dansig, headquartered in Decatur, Illinois, is a renowned independent insurance consultancy specializing in employee benefits management, alongside commercial and personal insurance services. The company is dedicated to assisting clients in optimizing insurance expenditures, mitigating risks, and boosting employee involvement.
Lerone Sidberry, who serves as the President and CEO of Hub Midwest West, highlighted the synergy of this acquisition: “With profound expertise across various segments of the insurance sector, Dansig’s experience and skillsets seamlessly enhance and fortify Hub’s capabilities in this region. We are thrilled to welcome the Dansig team to the Hub family.”
As part of this transition, Daniel Reynolds, the President and CEO of Dansig, along with his team, will integrate into Hub Midwest West. It provides an ideal platform for elevating our client services and facilitating our continued growth.”
Post-acquisition, Dansig will continue its operations under the brand Dansig Insurance Risk Advisors, now a Hub International company. During this transaction, Reagan Consulting acted as the financial adviser for Dansig.
In addition to this acquisition, Hub has announced the appointment of Mary Keiser as the National Food & Beverage Practice Leader. Keiser will spearhead strategic initiatives to offer tailored solutions and services to food and beverage clients throughout North America.

Keiser joins Hub following her tenure as the Senior Vice President and Food & Beverage Practice Leader at another major insurance brokerage, where she led a team offering market insights and risk solutions to clients within the food, beverage, and cannabis industries.
