Police reports indicate that May was last observed on Old Station Road around 10:00 PM on the evening of Wednesday, June 18. Today it has been announced that the body discovered is likely that of the missing teenager, and her family has been notified of this tragic development.
In an official statement from Dorset Police, it was conveyed, “We regret to confirm that a body has been found during the search for a missing teenage girl in Weymouth. It is believed to be May’s body. Currently, the death is not being treated as suspicious, and the coroner has been informed.”
