Arex Sigorta’s Licences Revoked

The Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Board has announced the revocation of all operating licences of Arex Sigorta A.Ş. across all lines of business.

According to the statement released by the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Authority (SEDDK), the decision was made under Resolution No. 1611 dated 11 March 2026, in accordance with Articles 7, 20, and other relevant provisions of the Insurance Act No. 5684.

With this decision, Arex Sigorta has lost its operating licences in all branches other than the surety branch, which had previously been revoked. The affected lines include Accident, Illness and Health, Motor Vehicles, Rail Vehicles, Aircraft, Watercraft, Transport, Fire and Natural Disasters, General Damages, General Liability, Credit, Financial Losses, Legal Protection, and Support.

SEDDK’s announcement formally ends Arex Sigorta’s authority to operate in the listed insurance branches in Türkiye.
