ToggleTim Cook, the CEO of Apple Inc., recently attended an event commemorating the first 100 days of Donald Trump’s presidency. During this occasion, Cook unveiled Apple’s ambitious investment strategy, emphasizing the company’s dedication to bolstering the U.S. economy.

In his address, Cook praised the U.S. government’s initiatives aimed at enhancing domestic semiconductor production. He announced that Apple plans to inject a staggering $500 billion into the U.S. economy over the next four years. This substantial investment will see the expansion of Apple’s workforce and facilities in multiple states, including Michigan, Texas, California, Arizona, Nevada, Iowa, Oregon, North Carolina, and Washington.
As part of this initiative, Apple will establish a new factory in Texas dedicated to the production of advanced AI servers. Furthermore, the company’s advanced manufacturing fund, which supports its suppliers, will be doubled.
Apple’s investment strategy is expected to generate 20,000 new job opportunities across the U.S., reinforcing the company’s commitment to fostering economic development. By collaborating with over 9,000 suppliers nationwide, Apple aims to strengthen its supply chain and mitigate potential risks associated with escalating trade tensions.
