Android 16’s Latest Interface Now in Beta
Google has unveiled the Android 16 QPR1 beta, showcasing the Material 3 Expressive design language, which was recently introduced. Quarterly Platform Releases (QPRs) are substantial updates to Android, offering more than the standard monthly security patches. Although Android 16’s full release is on the horizon, this specific QPR1 update, with its fresh visual elements, is set to arrive in the autumn.

Eligibility and Access
Available for Pixel Devices: Those with compatible Pixel devices, who are also part of the beta program, will receive the latest version as soon as it becomes available. Eligible devices encompass the Pixel 6, 6 Pro, 6a, 7, 7 Pro, 7a, 8, 8 Pro, 8a, and the anticipated Pixel 9, 9 Pro, 9a, along with the Pixel Tablet series.
