Anadolu Sigorta gathered its management staff under one roof to celebrate its centennial with the “100 Years of Leaders Summit.” This significant event took place on Saturday, May 10, in Istanbul and was attended by approximately 300 executives.
Marking its 100th anniversary, Anadolu Sigorta united its leaders at this landmark summit to discuss its leadership vision for the next century and outline the company’s future roadmap. In her opening remarks, İdil Pamir, Deputy General Manager of Anadolu Sigorta, highlighted that the summit was not merely a leadership gathering, but a unique occasion that blended a century of heritage with a forward-looking vision. “This event transcends a typical summit; it’s a convergence of past and future under the legacy of a tree rooted in the Republic and established with the foresight of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk,” Pamir emphasized.
The “Leaders of 100 Years Summit” served as a natural continuation of the Leadership Journey program, initiated in 2021. This initiative has thus far empowered nearly 200 executives through various trainings, workshops, and coaching, forming a cornerstone of the company’s leadership development strategy. Highlighting this ongoing transformation, Pamir stated: “Since the inception of our Leadership Journey program in September 2021, we have provided training, workshops, and coaching to nearly 200 managers. Today, we find ourselves at one of the most pivotal junctures of this journey.”
During the summit, discussions focused on the evolving nature of leadership in a changing world, the strength of teamwork, individual influence, and inspiring leadership narratives. Organized by the Anadolu Sigorta Academy team, the summit was met with high praise from participants, affirming its success.
