Allianz Soars to 12th on Time Magazine’s Global Excellence List

Allianz has solidified its status as a leading force in the insurance and financial sector by being featured at the impressive 12th position on Time Magazine’s prestigious “World’s Best Companies 2025” list. This recognition highlights the company’s expansive global reach across 70 countries and its continued dedication to excellence.

Time Magazine, in collaboration with research firm Statista, meticulously compiled this list based on insights from 200,000 participants spanning 50 nations. The evaluation rested on three pillars: employee satisfaction, sustainable growth through revenue, and sustainability transparency (ESG).

The Criteria for Recognition in 2025

The companies chosen were subject to stringent requirements, calling for over 200,000 global employees and a recent track record of at least $100 million in annual revenue. Moreover, each company underwent a thorough assessment involving ESG performance metrics, including carbon emission data, rates of emission reduction from 2021, and scores on the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP).

The final rankings emerged from a specialized scoring model, identifying the top 1,000 companies that effectively meet these demanding standards, thereby earning a coveted spot on the 2025 list by Time and Statista as the World’s Best Companies.
