The spokesperson confirmed collaborative efforts with the Department of Homeland Security to uphold the administration’s immigration policies.Administrative Errors and ChallengesIn a previous deportation effort, the Trump administration invoked the Alien Enemies Act to expedite the deportation of migrants associated with foreign terrorist organizations. This led to the deportation of individuals linked to gangs like MS-13 and Tren de Aragua to El Salvadoran prisons.Recently, the administration admitted to an administrative error involving 29-year-old Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, an El Salvadoran immigrant mistakenly deported despite a court order against it. He was transferred to a prison in El Salvador, alongside other alleged gang members, and the US now faces challenges in rectifying this error due to his current incarceration status in El Salvador.
