Samsung is on the brink of finalizing the development of the Galaxy S25 FE, set to debut in the autumn of 2025. Unlike the Galaxy S22 FE, which was skipped, the S23 FE and S24 FE were unveiled after extensive leaks. Now, CAD renders of the Galaxy S25 FE have surfaced, indicating a model that largely mirrors the S24 FE’s design ethos.
Samsung Galaxy S25 FE Design Highlights
The leaked images suggest the Galaxy S25 FE will feature a metal frame with a punched-hole display and flat bezels on the front. At the rear, a vertically-aligned triple-camera setup is evident. The device’s right side houses the power and volume buttons, while the USB-C port, SIM tray, and speaker grille are positioned at the bottom. A secondary microphone is found at the top.
With dimensions of 161.4 x 76.6 x 7.4 mm, the S25 FE is more compact and slimmer than its predecessor, the S24 FE. Despite maintaining a 6.7-inch display size, the device achieves this through thinner bezels. This display is expected to be a Super AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and an impressive 2,600 nits of brightness.
Anticipated Hardware and Software
Although official specifications have yet to be released, it’s anticipated that the S25 FE will be powered by either the Exynos 2400 or MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor. Accompanying this chipset, there will likely be 12 GB of RAM, with storage options of 256 GB and 512 GB. The camera system is expected to include a 12 MP front-facing camera, a 50 MP main sensor with OIS support, an 8 MP telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom, and a 12 MP ultra-wide lens.
On the software front, the device is anticipated to launch with Samsung’s One UI 8, based on Android 16. While Samsung has not officially confirmed the launch date for the S25 FE, it is projected to be released around September or October 2025, following the timeline of previous models.
