Samsung broadens internal testing of One UI 8.5 for Galaxy M36 and M15, signaling improved performance and enhanced user experience ahead.
Samsung recently rolled out the public beta phase of One UI 8.5 alongside its Galaxy S25 lineup. The company continues intensive background testing for other compatible devices that are not yet part of the official program. Based on the latest reports, two additional Galaxy models have now entered the internal testing process for the upcoming One UI 8.5 update.
According to trusted sources, Samsung has initiated internal trials of the One UI 8.5 firmware on the Galaxy M36 and Galaxy M15. The emergence of test builds on Samsung’s servers reveals that the update’s release could be approaching sooner than expected.
Although the exact innovations of One UI 8.5 remain unspecified, this mid-cycle upgrade is anticipated to deliver modest yet meaningful enhancements in system performance, optimization, and overall user experience rather than introducing sweeping design changes.
