Samsung Enhances AI Functionality in Galaxy A Series
Samsung is significantly enhancing the artificial intelligence capabilities in its mobile devices by integrating Google’s Gemini AI assistant into a wide range of its Galaxy A series smartphones. This integration will be available for models released from 2023 to 2025.

Easy Access to Gemini AI
In a move to streamline user experience, Samsung has announced that Gemini can now be accessed by simply pressing the power button on these devices. This feature, previously exclusive to the Galaxy S series, will now allow Galaxy A users to access the AI assistant with a single press.
Rollout Timeline and Compatible Models
Samsung has stated that this feature will be rolled out via a software update beginning in May. The specific models that will receive this update include:
- Galaxy A56, Galaxy A55, and Galaxy A54
- Galaxy A36, Galaxy A35, and Galaxy A34
- Galaxy A26, Galaxy A25, Galaxy A25e, and Galaxy A24
For the integration of Gemini, One UI 7 is a prerequisite, indicating that all the aforementioned Galaxy A models are expected to receive the One UI 7 update globally soon.
