The company introduced its ambitious Agentic AI Initiative, emphasizing its strategy to lead in AI innovation through both in-house development and strategic collaborations, notably with Google.
Jason Liao, Head of Oppo Research Institute, remarked, “We are consistently advancing AI experiences by partnering strategically with leaders like Google Cloud. Our goal is to integrate Agentic AI capabilities seamlessly for Oppo users.” This highlights Oppo’s dedication to enhancing user experiences through cutting-edge technology.
Looking ahead, Oppo is exploring the next phase of Agentic AI experiences, focusing on crafting highly personalized user interactions. A key component of this vision is the development of a novel user information system. This system aims to serve as a centralized repository for user data, effectively tackling the prevalent issue of information fragmentation on mobile devices.
This innovative system is designed to learn from a user’s activities, interests, and personal data, alongside their memories, to deliver tailored AI experiences. By year-end, Oppo aspires to have 100 million users leveraging Oppo AI to enhance their daily device interactions, including with the newly launched Oppo Find X8 Ultra.
