Effective April 1, 2025, Marcus Breese has been appointed as the Head of Cyber Underwriting at HDI Global UK and Ireland. In his pivotal new role, Breese will be reporting directly to Antonia Osborne, the Director of Underwriting, Corporate, at HDI Global UK and Ireland.
Breese transitions to this role from Arch, where he excelled as the Head of Cyber and Technology Errors & Omissions (E&O). His extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at Corax, a cyber risk modeling firm, and a notable 18-year career with Hiscox, where he specialized in technology and media E&O as a Line Underwriter.
Antonia Osborne commented on the new appointment, emphasizing, “Cyber risk remains a key concern for our clients, presenting one of the most significant challenges to their operations.” She further added, “Marcus brings a wealth of expertise to our team. He will be instrumental in advancing our mission to support our clients with a robust and innovative cyber risk value proposition, especially during these transformative times.”
