Lynn O’Leary Takes the Helm as President, US, Global Specialty Lines
In a strategic move announced in November 2024, Lynn O’Leary has officially assumed her role as President of US Global Specialty Lines at Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions. This transition follows her successful two-year tenure as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Europe RSA Luxembourg. The appointment underscores the company’s commitment to augmenting its specialty market presence in the United States.
O’Leary is poised to drive the expansion of Intact’s specialty footprint, which encompasses more than 20 lines of business and boasts multinational capabilities through its Global Network. Her focus will be on enhancing underwriting capabilities and delivering client-centric solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of brokers and businesses.
With over 25 years of industry experience, O’Leary has a proven track record of fostering specialty market growth. Her leadership in Europe was pivotal in fortifying broker relationships and introducing new specialty verticals, thereby broadening RSA’s offerings and solidifying its standing in the European specialty market.
