Xiaomi has unveiled its latest budget-friendly smartwatch, the Redmi Watch Move, promising an impressive battery life of up to 14 days. Let’s delve into its features and offerings.
The Redmi Watch Move boasts a 1.85-inch AMOLED display, providing a resolution of 390 x 450 pixels and a peak brightness of 600 nits. With an always-on display option, it maintains a 74% screen-to-body ratio for optimal viewing.
Running on HyperOS, the smartwatch is equipped with a 300 mAh battery, ensuring a lifespan of up to 14 days on a single charge. Even with the always-on display active, it still offers 5 days of use. A quick 10-minute charge provides up to 2 days of power, and it utilizes magnetic charging for convenience.
Weighing just 39 grams including the strap, the watch features a versatile crown that supports touch, swipe, and press gestures, enhancing user interaction.
The Redmi Watch Move is designed with numerous health features, including sleep monitoring, heart rate, SpO₂, stress levels, women’s health tracking, and guided breathing exercises. It supports over 140 exercise modes and can automatically recognize seven activities: outdoor running, treadmill use, walking, cycling, rowing, elliptical training, and jumping rope.
Beyond fitness, the watch offers Bluetooth calling capabilities, a phone locator, music control, and alarm settings. With an IP68 rating, it can withstand water exposure up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes.
Users can personalize the watch with five customizable interfaces and access over 200 watch faces via the Mi Fitness app.
