In that role, he was pivotal in advancing the firm’s presence across the African continent, collaborating closely with colleagues within the MMC Group.Prior to his tenure at Guy Carpenter, Dubecq served as Head of International, Non-Marine Treaty, LIM at JLT Re. There, he orchestrated efforts across JLT Re’s international network, overseeing Treaty Reinsurance and Retrocession operations spanning EMEA, LATAM, and Asia.Earlier in his illustrious career, Dubecq held prominent positions at Aon as Director, EMEA, and at Willis Re as Executive Director.
